Domestic Shipping
We deliver hookahs, shisha flavors, and accessories across India through trusted courier partners such as Delhivery, Xpressbees, BlueDart, DTDC, Speed Post, and other reliable carriers based on availability.
Order Processing:
- All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
- During festive seasons, weekends, or promotional sales, processing may take slightly longer.
Delivery Timelines:
- Standard Delivery: 4–7 business days.
- Express Delivery: 2–4 business days (available in select cities).
Cash on Delivery (COD)
- COD is available in most serviceable areas within India.
COD Advance Payment:
- To ensure smooth delivery, we may request a small advance payment during the order confirmation call.
- The advance amount (calculated based on your order value) will be adjusted against the final payable amount.
- Non-Refundable: If the order is returned due to refusal or unavailability at the delivery address, the advance payment will not be refunded.
International Shipping
We ship hookahs and accessories to select international destinations. Please note:
- Delivery timelines vary by region:
- Urban Areas: 10–12 business days
- Remote Areas: 20–25 business days
- Customs duties, import taxes, and regulatory restrictions are the customer’s responsibility.
- Shipping charges are calculated based on actual courier rates — contact us for a quote before ordering.
Note: Certain countries and states may have restrictions on importing shisha flavors. Please check your local laws before placing an order.
Order Tracking

Order Delays

Incomplete or Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your shipping details are accurate.
- If a package is returned due to incorrect or incomplete address details, re-shipping costs will apply.
- No refunds will be issued for undeliverable orders caused by incorrect address information.
Lost or Stolen Packages
- Domestic Orders: Contact our support team immediately if your package is lost or stolen. We will coordinate with the courier for resolution.
- International Orders: Unfortunately, we cannot offer claims or compensation for lost or damaged international shipments.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept exchanges only in the following cases:
- Damaged product on arrival
- Wrong item shipped
Exchange Conditions:
- A clear unboxing video is required to validate claims:
- The video must start by showing the package label clearly.
- The entire unboxing process must be visible until the product is fully revealed.
- Exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours of receiving your order.
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
Refunds
Refunds are only issued if approved by our support team after inspection.
Wrong Item Received: Return the wrong item in original condition to receive the correct product or a refund.
Refund Timeline: Processed within 48–72 hours after approval; bank or payment gateway processing times may vary.
Cancellations: Refunds for canceled orders will be issued to the original payment method per payment gateway policies.
