At Planetsheesha, we are committed to delivering only high-quality hookahs, shisha flavors, and accessories from trusted brands. While we do not accept general returns, we do offer replacements or exchanges under specific conditions to ensure customer satisfaction.
1. Returns
- We do not accept general returns for reasons such as change of mind, preference, or incorrect purchase.
- Returns are only accepted in the case of:
- Damaged products
- Missing parts from your order
- To request a return, you must:

- Provide your order number and details of the item(s) in question.
- Share a clear, unedited unpacking video from start to finish, showing:
- The outer package with the label visible
- The complete unboxing process
- The product clearly, including any visible damage or missing items
⚠ Without the full unpacking video, we will not be able to process your request.
2. Refunds
- Once your return request is approved, our team will provide instructions for sending the item back.
- After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will process:
- A replacement for the same product, OR
- A refund (if applicable) within 7–10 business days.
- Refund timelines may vary depending on your payment method and bank processing times.
3. Exchanges
- Exchanges are possible only under valid conditions such as:
- Wrong product received
- Manufacturing defect in a non-flavor accessory
- The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
- To initiate an exchange, you must:
- Contact our customer service at info@planetsheesha.com within 2 days of delivery.
- Provide the order number, product details, and reason for the exchange.
- Follow the return instructions provided by our team.
4. Return Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to our error (wrong product sent or defective item), we will cover the return shipping cost.
- If the return is due to any other reason (approved exceptions), the customer will be responsible for the shipping charges.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please follow the return request process mentioned above.
- We will arrange for a replacement after verification.
6. Order Cancellations
- Orders can only be canceled if they have not yet been shipped.
- To cancel your order, contact us immediately after placing it. Once the order is dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible.
